For those who are unable to attend the memorial service, Geoff's family extends their sincere gratitude to all who have sent cards and gifts, as well as donations to the Community Services Agency.

Carol, Walt, Mike - I just heard about Geoff and just wanted to tell you I'm very sorry for your loss. I have only good memories of Geoff and your family, and I know the sentiment is shared by everyone else who knew him. Best wishes to all of you.

I was devastated by this news and wanted to pass on my condolences. Geoff was an incredible student and I was awed by the range of his intellect. As a writer, scientist and mathematician, he was remarkable. That he also devoted his career to service makes me proud. I'll be thinking of you all on the 5th. Matt Neely
Carol, Walt and Mike,
We are so deeply saddened to hear about your loss. I remember Geoff from Springer days, where I think he was Alex's sixth-grade partner. He always seemed a cheerful person and I knew he was kind, like his Mom -- I'm not surprised to hear that he showed great caring for patients. Though I never actually spoke to Geoff, I feel his loss acutely and send you our family's heartfelt sympathy.

Dear Walt, Carol, and Mike - I'm there are no words that can truly comfort you at such a time as this but you have my deepest condolences for your loss of Geoff. He was an incredible person and it was so easy to see why after spending time with you. I wish I could have come to the service, but was unable to get the time off. Geoff will always be honored as a part of my family and we will remember him always.
